These apartments are about 10 minutes walking distance from the town centre and 15 minutes to the beach. They are also located 300 meters from a new hospital which will ensure a good rental demand for these properties. There is a nice river and a beautiful green park nearby. These apartments are situated in quiet residential area.



There is a local agent we can put you in touch with who can manage rentals, and everything from furnishings, to taking inventory, finding tenants, setting up contracts and ensuring rental monies are paid on time. You will need to set up a rental management contract with them directly as we do not manage rentals.

The building will be ready in March 2008.



The payment structure is as follows: €750 reserves the property, then 15% after 14 days as full deposit, then the balance of 85% on completion.



All structures are guaranteed in Estonia for 4 years. This is the builders guarantee. Furthermore the banks insure the build. Because of this then there is a bank guarantee. The money is not held in Escrow, but forwarded to the developer once all checks have been carried out by your independent lawyer.



There are 45 apartments in total. Each apartment includes a basic kitchen, but no white goods. There are furniture packs available though at very reasonable rates.
