The condominium will stand on the bank of River Danube, on a 4496 m2 park. There are 18 apartments in 4 buildings, all of them of South orientation. All the flats have huge terraces, the ground floor ones have garden connection as well. The big, open glass surfaces, the marvellous view, the Mediterranean style buildings and the southern atmosphere plants make you feel like you are somewhere in Andalusia.

The area is secured from the flow by the Danube with high barrage. The heating, cooling and the hot water services are ensured by geothermic energy. The advantages of geothermic energy:

The most economical method of the extraction of the terra heat is the ground searcher heat pump process: during the building two fountains were burred. The water is pumped out of one of them, cooled by a heat pump (distracting some part of the heat) and transformatted to an appropriate degree, heating the flats with it. The 5 degree water gets back into the ground, where it is heated quickly by the terra heat. The process turns round in summer, ensuring the cooling of the flats.

The costs of the system are low, and you can enjoy the preferred degree in your flat, and you do not have to think of the heating and cooling prices.
