Romai part (Roman Coast) and Romaifurdo (Roman Bath) are unique phenomenons in a capital owning such a big river as Danube. It is a blend of water, rowing, living space with some antique ruins and artefacts in a special atmosphere within the borders of the city. In this tranquillity a new development appeared which provides a quiet, relaxed environment to its tenants with lots of green around, creating comfortable, cosy homes.
The developer builds up this building complex between the Romai Furdo and the Csillagvar shopping centre with 420 high value apartments, in the quiet, garden house area of the 3rd district on the prestigious Buda side.
The complex is designed by the famous, Prima Primissima, Kossuth and Ybl prized architect, Ferenc Ban, who also made a bid for the National Theatre and got a prize for it.
At creating the inward and outward spaces his intention was to retain functionality besides architectural beauty. In addition, the modern building with outstanding technical features fits in the natural environment beautifully.
An important factor is that the development has to retain the garden district atmosphere of the area. It is proven by the arrangement of the buildings on the site because as much green is kept as possible. There is an emphasis on energy saving and nature reserving solutions too. The developer intends to create a living space that provides all the comforts of the 21st century, but ensures outstanding peace and security for its tenants.
The designer’s and the architect’s mutual aim is to build a development where everyone can live without compromises. The sizes of the good disposition apartments vary between 50-101 sqm, to enable many generations to live together.
The quality not only appears in building the houses but in the services the developer offers. All of the developer’s previous houses proved to be a good investment, and a vast preparation and experimental work had been carried out in advance with regard to this one, to study the demands, national and international trends to grant you an excellent investment here in the 3th district. |
