The development consists of one eight storey and one 6 storey building set in a quiet street. It is located just a 200 metres back from the sea in the popular Rocca Al Mare district of Tallinn. Rocca al Mare was perhaps most famous for the wooded pine forests that dominated the area, but in recent years the area immediately to the south of the project has seen large scale investment, perhaps most notably the Rocca Al Mare shopping centre and the Saku Suurhal Concert/Sports Arena. The shoreline and woodland to the north of Karneri, however, is still largely untouched and further development is prohibited by Tallinn’s strict environmental zoning laws.
