Groups of 1 bedroom buy to let apartments located in the northwest of Vilnius. This new residential quarter is set on 99 hectares and is due to be fully completed in 2008.
Two modern and attractive nine storey and twelve storey buildings will form the basis of this new development. Underground parking spaces will be provided with convenient access to elevators. The ground storey will accommodate retail units. The surrounding area will have improved roads, excellent amenities and residential facilities including kindergartens, parks, playgrounds and tree lined promenades.
This new quarter is being designed to meet the needs of all future residents. Upwards of five new streets will be created and new routes for public transport will ensure quick and convenient access to all parts of the city.
Special attention is being given to achieving a balance between the green belt surrounding this area and the new infrastructure. Active tree planting is being undertaken at this stage in addition to the preservation and upkeep of numerous areas of parkland surrounding the quarter.
