A small development of apartments designed in an unobtrusive style to complement their rural surroundings.
As Parnu becomes more heavily developed some people are looking a little further away from the town to set up home in a smaller community. Less than 20 km to the South of Parnu centre, just off the Via Baltica where it almost touches the sea, lies Uulu village. This area has been chosen for the building of a number of small, select, developments of mostly single storey homes on good sized plots.
