We were thinking in up-to-date and practical living spaces at planning of the ground-plan, with in view that these flats will serve homes for people and families. For the formers we offer homey flats with two rooms in practical order, but for the latter we designed penthouses with extra equipments, e.g. separate bathroom with every bedroom. Besides the anthropocentric designing, we put stress on quality as well. According to this, only tiles and materials of high quality were built in.
