The Development :
Office space takes up the lower levels and 40 flats are planned for the buildingbis fourth to eighth floor.
The building was designed to blend in with the neighbourhood with an accent on functionality and abundant natural light. The location takes advantage of the proximity of the historical centre - just a few minutes away by foot - as well as capitalizing on the riverside ambience and including a sufficient amount of privacy.
The building has eight stories. A separate staircase leads up to the upper stories and there is an elevator as well. The building is constructed of monolithic reinforced concrete and the exterior features extensive glass surfaces. The walls are insulated with rock wool and finished with white mineral mortar.
There are 30 parking spots in the garage. Parking is also planned for the designated parking areas in the neighbourhood and in a prospective parking garage planned for the immediate vicinity.
The residential building has practical sized studio, 1 and 3 bedroom flats with area ranging from 60,8 to 145,1 m2. The balconies range from 9.2 to 30.6 m2. |
